As a step towards becoming an ever greener brand, after reviewing their carbon footprint, Tecnifibre concluded that textile was a large contributing factor. With this a step was taken to reduce this impact whilst remaining consistent with the brand’s DNA. Known for their string expertise, the X-Loop tees were born using recycled polyester tennis strings!
Broken strings are collected in tennis clubs and shops, ground up into little plastic pellets, transformed into 100% recycled threads, woven and dyed into rolls, and then used to produce the Tecnifibre X-Loop Tees! The result is a 100% recycled polyester t-shirt.
